Italian Bar Offers Discounts to Americans Because of Weak Dollar

The owner of a bar in Venice is offering 20% discounts to Americans because of the weak US buck. The owner is doing this in appreciation of what one American did for the bar.
Makes one think about what Bert and Ernie should for Americans and thier declining currency. I do not think that an upstanding Kiwi and a straight respectable Canuck would allow someone from Europe upstage them.

There is just no end to the generosity and plain old good heartedness here at the 3 Alley Pub. Quality products. Reasonable prices.
