No More AFN-Korea

Well after months of threats it has finally happened on my local Korean Cable system. AFN-Korea is no longer there! And to make matters just as bad the Communist Cable News Network (CNN) was removed as well. Seems that we are going to have to rely upon computers even more to deliver our dose of television. Many of the old men have shared their sources of computer base television while having a beer or two, so let me post my links here on the blog. If anyone has more, please feel free to share.

and of course: http://tvunetworks.com
Now, I make no claims that all of these are perfect, and as always be careful and practice safe computing.

Yeah, C&M cable re-shuffled their channels. No CNN or AFN, but we still have Discovery, OCN, and Super Action!
Sites I hit for online tv:
http://tvfreeload.com/ (download tv and movies)

http://www.xtvi.com/ (must have a bit torrent reader like gnuttela, limewire, etc…)

I have C&M Cable as well, but still get CNN (I think because it’s considered a “premium” channel, which I pay for, along with Catch On and Catch On Plus.)You can get it if you want to pay a little extra. But yes, my AFN is gone.

Yeah, sorry about that guys. That was something in the works for years, but no one really took it very seriously until the NFL fiasco last year.
